Lou Seibert Pappas
Food has been Lou's (firstname.lastname@example.org) passion for most of her life. She is the author of over 50 cookbooks, including "Coffee Cakes,” "Crêpes," and "Fondue." all published by Chronicle Books.
A former food editor of the Palo Alto Times Tribune and a home economist with Sunset Magazine (each for 14 years) she currently writes food, home, and travel-related articles for national magazines and newspapers. She has made over 60 trips abroad with camera and notepad in hand.
Lou lives in Palo Alto, California, and enjoys swimming and tending a prolific garden with herbs, vegetables, and fruits. She has three adult sons and a daughter.
