Lucy Seligman

Lucy (seligman.lucy@gmail.com) is a graduate of Boston University's Culinary Arts program and former proprietor of her own cooking school in Japan.

In addition to conducting Lucy's Kitchen, her cooking school in Richmond, California, Lucy is an author and lecturer, with articles and columns in numerous magazines and newspapers in Japan as well as the United States.

Lucy has studied the culinary arts all over the world, including Paris, Bangkok, Tokyo, Florence, Umbria and Los Angeles and is fluent in English, Japanese and French. Her experience also extends to restaurants, catering services and recipe developement.
