With over 35 years of experience in the culinary field as a cooking teacher, writer and U.S. television host (Anne Willan's "Look and Cook"), Anne is recognized on both sides of the Atlantic as a leading authority on the cooking of France and its culinary history. She founded La Varenne, the famous French cooking school, in 1975 and directed its programs at the Chateau du Feÿ in Burgundy (France) and at The Greenbrier resort in West Virginia (USA). Anne has served as president of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and is the author of over a dozen internationally published cookbooks.
