The popular Big Red soda pop flavor is actually a combination of lemon and orange oils, topped off by a dollop of pure vanilla for a creamy aftertaste. Jamie and her late husband Jack were the first vintners in the US to blend Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for sparkling wine and the first to release vintage-dated methode champenoise wines.
