Here are recipes for dinner rolls, biscuits, muffins, coffee cakes, waffles, popovers, pancakes and crepes, as well as pizza, calzone and focaccia. Also included are many recipes for use in a bread machine.

preparation time, rise time, bake time, and complete nutrition information per serving. Contained within the 239 pages are 24 classic bread recipes, 31 for unusual offerings like Confetti Bread, Feta Dill Break, 22 sourdough
breads, 34 holiday breads and 34 recipes for shaped breads. Also included are recipes for butters and spreads. This is a good-looking book with a "for dummies" format and lovely color photos.

This is a beautiful book which uses close-up photography and lucid text to make the art of baking bread accessible to everyone.
