Caramel Ice Cream
3¾ cups whole milk
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 jar (12 oz.) prepared hot caramel topping
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 package (3.4 oz.) instant butterscotch pudding mix
Place milk, evaporated milk, topping, vanilla, and salt in medium bowl. Whisk ingredients together. Add pudding mix and blend well. Cover and chill thoroughly, 4 to 6 hours.
Assemble and engage freeze bowl, dasher and drive assembly. Turn to Stir Speed. Using container with a spout, pour mixture into freeze bowl. Freeze 15 to 20 minutes, or until desired consistency. Serve immediately or transfer to airtight container and freeze.
