The month of November denotes the beginning of the holiday season. Our thoughts turn to family and friends around a Thanksgiving table laden with turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry jam and pumpkin pie. The photo to the right is a Pie Pumpkin Stuffed with Apples and Cranberries. If you haven't tried this, you will want to make it an addition to your holiday meal as it is so perfect for this season.
Another seasonal favorite is squash stuffed with couscous, tomatoes, cheese, nuts and seasonings. Whether you use the traditional recipes that have been around for many years, or the newer versions, your family is sure to enjoy your meal. And both of these squash recipes are perfect for your vegetarian diners.
