 Ipswich, MA honey master Eric's wildflower honey is a deep, rich color, like a fine caramel. Its flavor is rich and warm with broad floral hints; a bit of orange, a wisp of vanilla, and a touch of caramel, too. The month of December is VERY busy for most of us. With the end of the year holidays including Chanukah, Christmas, Kawanzaa and New Year's Eve, comes the need to bake, cook, shop for gifts, entertain family and friends, and accomplish the things you've put off the rest of the year.
