null 'Happy Halloween" -- October 31st is almost here. Whether you are entertaining on Halloween, receiving "trick or treaters" or just relaxing, make it spook-tacular!  October is Pumpkin Month so I've gotten together a few recipes to help you enjoy this fall favorite.  No matter how you include pumpkin in your plans, it is sure to be frightfully delicious.
