After twenty years in high-tech marketing, Cyndy decided to follow her heart to a career in the food and travel business. She is a graduate of the pastry program at Tante Marie's Cooking School in San Francisco and is a free-lance writer and publicist. She is active in the San Francisco Professional Food Society and is on the Board of Directors of the Palo Alto, California Farmers' Market. She is also one of the organizers of Cookin' on the Net, an Internet charity devoted to raising money for non-profit organizations providing computer access and training to disadvantaged children.
