Add 1 tbsp of your favorite liquor to coffee. You will need 12 pcs of quail eggs; decouple the whites and the yolks. Whip the yolks with 8 tbsp of sugar and part of the liqueur, add 400 gr of mascarpone. Whip the whites until froth and pour in the yolks' mixture. Take about 200 gr of biscuit cookies and soak them for a while in coffee. Start collecting your dessert, alternating the layers of cookies and cheese mixture. Repeat the layers several times. Garnish the top with cocoa powder sifted through a sieve. Put the ready-made special treat in the fridge for a few hours to chill.

Panna cotta

Chill the mixture. Whip about 150 ml of cream, cut the bananas, mix coffee with 2 tbsp of liqueur, and soak about 125 gr of biscuits into it. Put everything in layers in glasses: biscuit with coffee, then vanilla cream, bananas, whipped cream. Garnish the ready-made dessert as desired.

Coffee pancakes

Who doesn't like delicious pancakes for breakfast? Thus, you should make about 150 ml of strong coffee, strain it, and leave to chill slightly. Mix with milk in equal parts. Whip one egg until smooth, mix with coffee and milk, 3 tsp of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add about 150 gr of flour gradually, stirring constantly. Pour one tbsp of warm melted butter into the finished dough. Preheat a frying pan. Grease it with coconut oil before baking each pancake. Put a small portion of the dough into the pan, forming a pancake, fry on both sides.

Coffee ice cream

It can be an awesome option for a hot summer day just in about 40 minutes. Make coffee to your liking. Mix four eggs, about 1l liter of milk, 100 gr of sugar, and 125 gr of flour, whip everything, and place it on low heat. In 7 minutes, add 2 tbsp of coffee and stir until smooth. Continue cooking on the stove for another 3-5 minutes. Then take it off the stove, add 125 gr of flour to it and whip well. Put the mixture on the fire again and stir continuously for 5-7 minutes. Then add about ½ tsp of vanilla powder and cook, stirring for another 15-20 minutes. Chill the mixture, pour into glasses, and put it in the freezer.
