Enamel-on-steel is made by fusing colored glass to metal. Melted together at just the right degree creates a new compound that's durable and corrosion-resistant. In fact, it's so rough, that it's used in high-traffic locals like roadway tunnels and subway stations.

The "A" quality enamel used by CHANTAL is made from natural materials, like sand and minerals. Because the surface is non-porous, it is naturally stick resistant, non-reactive to acidic foods, and nonabsorbent to oils. This, coupled with the unique characteristics to withstand freezing temperatures, makes CHANTAL well-suited for make-ahead meals.

But the benefits don't stop there. Clean-up time is a breeze with Chantal's slick, easy-to-clean surface. There's no seasoning required, it's dishwasher safe and it retains its handsome luster without polishing. CHANTAL Enamel-on-Steel cookware is available in Classic White, Cobalt Blue and Chili Red.
