If a picture is worth 1,000 words, then Kirk Webber's cuisine is worth its weight in gold. In his version of the classic caesar, the leaves are dressed but then tied up and stand upright on the plate. The monthly changing menu may feature foie gras, mussels, a Thai -flavored salmon sausage and a rich chicken breast stuffed with roquefort cheese and walnuts and napped with sage-brown butter. One dessert, a butterscotch pudding, topped with a sugary spray, looks like it is wearing one of Tina Turner's wigs. Wine lovers will be pleased with the reasonably priced wine selections.
