1/4 cup black sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup white sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup coconut shreds
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 package (12-ounce) frozen wonton wrappers
4 cups oil for deep-frying
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Put 1 teaspoon of the mixture at the lower corner of the wrapper. Fold the corner over the mixture. Roll one time until it forms a triangle shape. With your fingertip, moisten the left corner of the wrapper with water. Place the bottom of the right corner on top. Press to seal tightly.
3. Heat 4 cups oil in a wok over high heat to 375 degree. Carefully add 1/3 of wontons to the oil; deep-fry until golden brown. Remove with a strainer. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with the remaining wontons. Sprinkle powdered sugar and cinnamon on top.
