Position Information:
These are non-paying Internship positions with the Sally’s Place professional staff. The focus is on writing about food, beverages and travel worldwide. We want each correspondent to take specific responsibility for indepth reporting on one or more specific countries. The focus will not only be on food, beverages and travel but also an extensive knowledge of the culture and people of the selected country or countries.
The ability to speak and write in the language of the chosen country would be an important asset. Depending on the interns skills, they will have the opportunity to develop a foreign language section within the Sally's Place website. This will be an exciting opportunity to create a major new direction for our organization.
This has the potential to lead to a permanent paying position.
The intern will report directly to the Editor in Chief.

The goal of the Sally’s Place Internship Program is to provide experience in creative writing about food, beverages, and travel and an opportunity to reach an audience of 3.2 million people a year.
This is a non-paying position. The intern will report directly to the Editor in Chief.

Eligibility is based on prior experience, interests and those wishing to pursue careers in writing.

One year.

This is a creative position for Sally’s Place. The orientation will be on contributing to the content of Sally’s Place.
Sally’s Place is all about food, beverage, and travel. Our writers have scoured the planet for the best restaurants, chefs, schools, ethnic cuisines, travel articles, lodgings, and more. Come join the fun!
Many of our contributors have received book contracts and article assignments from their work being seen on Sally's Place. Your name and biography will be entered in the list of Contributors.
