The name of the establishment basically refers to the temperature of the wood-fired stone ovens. Of course, pizza is – and always will be – the name of the game here. It has some small offerings, though, such as Italian sandwiches, salads, and a mozzarella bar, just to name a few.
You can always begin your meal with the popular FIVE50 chopped salad, which has provolone, soppressata, and garlic-oregano vinaigrette. If you are looking for appetizers, FIVE50 will not let you down. It has the likes of garlic knots, which has garlic butter and cheddar on them. Lastly, its prelude pizzas come with signature east coast flavors, such as cheeses, sausages, and seafood, among a variety of sauces.

BARDOT Brasserie

It is a crime not to visit BARDOT Brasserie if you are in Las Vegas. It is, after all, the new rage. It is where you can find some classic French bread topped with escargots, paper sleeves, croquet madame, foie gras, steak frites, and Tarte Tatin. BARDOT has a 1920s vibe and the atmosphere is fun and lively. It also has some mixologists lined up at its bar, all of whom are ready to serve you with Parisian cocktails.
